Key Responsibilities: Property Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of OAK+ELM’s Ohio commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property budgets.
- Develop and execute plans to maximize property value and optimize performance.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Acquisitions:
- Research and identify potential property acquisitions that align with OAK+ELM’s strategic objectives.
- Perform market analysis and financial modeling to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate with the executive team to negotiate and execute property transactions.
- Maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship-building.

- Proven experience in commercial property management and/or real estate acquisitions.
